As President, he is dedicated to providing strategic leadership, collaborating with the Board and management to establish long-term goals, strategies, and policies.
Max is deeply involved in all facets of High Sources Inc., from operations to development. He oversees the organization’s fiscal function and performance, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place. Under his guidance, High Sources Inc. has been delivering top-notch janitorial services since its inception in July 2015, expanding to include facilities maintenance and construction services.
Founded by Maximo Chanlatte, High Sources Inc. has grown under Max’s leadership to become a trusted name in the industry. Supported by a team of professionals, boasting over 60 years of industry experience and a range of certifications, High Sources Inc. continues to excel in providing exceptional service and operational support to national corporations.

Meet Luis Chanlatte, the Executive Vice President of High Sources Inc. With over seven years of experience in the janitorial industry, Luis has mastered every level of the game. From starting as a team leader for a year, then moving up the ladder to become an area manager for two, followed by three years as a District Manager, and finally landing the prestigious role of Vice President, Luis’s journey is nothing short of remarkable.
But Luis’s story doesn’t begin there. Before his illustrious career in the janitorial world, he served his country with honor and distinction as a member of the US Army’s 3rd Armored Division for an impressive 20 years. His time in the military instilled in him a sense of discipline, leadership, and dedication that has served as the foundation for his success in both his military and civilian careers.
Prior to joining High Sources Inc., Luis also worked as an analyst at a military training site, further expanding his skill set and expertise. Now, as the Executive Vice President, Luis brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and a strong commitment to excellence to his role, driving the company forward and ensuring its continued success.
Gabriela Ricaurte

Meet Gabriela Ricaurte as she returns to High Sources Inc. in Tampa, FL, this time as the Office Manager, showcasing her remarkable journey from Administrative Assistant to a leadership position within the organization. Having previously excelled in roles where she spearheaded bid proposal preparation, managed supply orders, and facilitated seamless communication channels, Gabriela’s re-entry signifies a strategic move to harness her expertise in overseeing broader office functions.
Her tenure as a Administrative Assistant from June 2019 to November 2022 underscores her knack for optimizing workflows and ensuring operational excellence. Now, as she steps into the role of Office Manager, Gabriela is poised to leverage her proven track record and leadership acumen to streamline processes, foster collaboration, and drive sustained success for High Sources Inc.
Carlos Roman

Starting his career at the age of 21, Carlos spent a decade perfecting floor care before transitioning to roles at prestigious venues like Raymond James Stadium and the Tampa Convention Center. His expertise extends to janitorial services in both corporate and medical settings, where he ensured pristine environments for staff and clients.
Carlos’s proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft applications is matched by his adeptness in payroll, scheduling, and personnel development. He is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, prioritizing client engagement to address concerns effectively.
As District Manager, Carlos is committed to driving excellence and exceeding expectations at every turn. With a passion for innovation and a focus on customer-centricity, he brings invaluable expertise to the High Sources Inc. team.
Abigail hertz
Senior National Account Manager
Meet Abigail Hertz, the Senior National Account Manager at High Sources Inc. Abigail’s journey in the facilities industry began in 2018, starting as a customer service representative and swiftly climbing the ranks to become an account manager.
In her role, Abigail manages multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring each client’s needs are met to the highest standards. She excels in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction. Abigail’s dedication extends to field representation for grocery store accounts, where she personally ensures client expectations are exceeded.
Transitioning to exterior services in 2023, Abigail briefly worked with two key clients before bringing her expertise to High Sources Inc. Now, as the Senior National Account Manager, she leverages her extensive experience and commitment to excellence to drive success for our clients on a national scale.

VP, CONSTRUCTION DIVISION, SFR/BTR OPERATIONS

Prior to joining High Sources Inc., Christopher owned and managed multiple successful companies, each contributing to his extensive knowledge and skill set. His experience spans multi-state operations, where he has cultivated an expansive network of trade partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.
As Vice President of the Construction Division, Christopher leverages his deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership to drive the success of SFR/BTR Operations at High Sources Inc. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations, Christopher is committed to elevating the company’s construction division to new heights of excellence.
